Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Axidort. Please read it. By ticking the box and signing in, you accept it.

1. Who we are and who may use the service
The service is run by [LEGAL_NAME, the company’s registered name: set it in the environment], [LEGAL_ADDRESS, the registered address: set it in the environment] (“Axidort”, “we”). You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you may bind it. We may refuse or end access where the law or these Terms require it.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure: you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think it was misused. One person, one account; do not share it.
3. What the service does
You give us a website address. Our AI agents visit the public pages of that site, as a visitor would, and produce a score and a report on how easily an AI purchasing agent could find, price and buy from it. The agents never place orders, pay, log in, create accounts or submit forms. Reports are saved to your account and are private to it until you choose to share one (see below). We also publish the Axidort Index, a ranking of well-known sites that we scanned ourselves.
Sharing a report. If you press Share on a report, you make a public link. Anyone who has the link can see that report (the score and breakdown, the agent’s purchase journey with its screenshots of the public pages it visited, the product data and the static checks), but not your account or your other reports. You decide who gets the link, and you are responsible for sharing only results you are entitled to share and for how you describe them: do not present a score as anything more than an automated opinion, and do not use a shared report to mislead anyone about a company. You can stop sharing at any time, and we may switch a link off if it is abused, if the owner of the site asks us to stop (see the Site owners page) or if the law requires it.
4. What you may and may not do
- Scan only websites that are publicly reachable, and that you own or have a good reason and the right to test. You are responsible for having the right to scan the site and for following the law that applies to you.
- Do not use the service to overload, attack, probe for weaknesses in, or bypass the protections of any site; to scrape or resell our data in bulk; to build a competing product from our output; to break the law or other people’s rights; or to harass a business or person.
- Do not enter personal data, secrets or credentials into the address field. Do not try to get around scan limits, plan limits or security. Do not interfere with the service.
- We may rate-limit, refuse a scan (for example for a site whose owner asked us to stop) or suspend an account that breaks these rules. We will tell you why when we can.
5. Plans, payment and renewal
- Free: one scan per account, ever. Growth: US$29 a month, 15 scans a month in total, across up to 3 domains. Scale: US$99 a month, 50 scans a month in total, across up to 5 domains. The scans are one pool shared by your domains, not per domain. Limits start again each billing period and unused scans do not carry over.
- Automatic renewal. By subscribing you understand and agree that your plan renews every month and is charged to your card until you cancel, and that you can cancel at any time from your billing page. After you cancel, the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- Your plan starts at once. By subscribing you ask for your plan to start immediately, and you understand that once it starts you lose the 14-day right to withdraw from the purchase that some countries give consumers. Where the law of your country does not allow that right to be given up in this way, you keep it.
- Upgrades. You can move from Growth to Scale during a period and pay only the prorated difference for the time left. The scans you already used this period count against the larger plan.
- Merchant of record. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which sells the plan to you, charges any tax that applies, issues the receipt and handles chargebacks. Dodo’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment. Prices are in US dollars and your bank may charge currency-conversion fees.
- Failed payments. If a renewal fails we may give a short grace period and then pause new scans until you update your card. Your reports stay available.
- Price changes. We will tell you before a price changes and it applies from your next renewal. You may cancel before then.
- Refunds and your cancellation rights are in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
6. Reports, the Axidort Index and third-party websites
Scores and reports are automated opinions, based on what the agents could reach at one time, from one location. They are not statements of fact about any company, product or person, and no one should rely on them for a purchase, investment, legal, security or compliance decision. Company names are used only to identify the website that was measured. All trademarks, names and logos belong to their owners, we show companies by name only, and no company has sponsored, endorsed or reviewed our results. Site owners can ask for a correction, rescan or removal at Site owners and rights holders.
7. Our rights and yours in the content
We own the service, the scoring method and the Axidort name and marks. You keep your rights in what you put in. You give us a licence to process your scan inputs and results to run the service and to produce anonymous, aggregated statistics that do not identify you. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use your reports for your own business purposes, including sharing them with your colleagues and advisers.
8. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service, the Index and every report are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not promise that a higher score will lead to more sales or that any AI agent will behave as a score suggests. See the Disclaimers.
9. Limit of our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows: (a) we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profit, revenue, data or goodwill, however caused, even if told it was possible; and (b) our total liability to you for everything connected with the service or these Terms is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event and US$100. This limit applies to all claims taken together.
What does not change. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that the law does not allow to be limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and nothing takes away rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of the place where you live.
10. You compensate us for misuse
If you use the service in breach of section 4 (for example by scanning a site you had no right to scan) and a third party makes a claim against us because of it, you will compensate us for the reasonable losses, costs and legal fees that result, to the extent the law allows. This applies to business users; if you are a consumer, it applies only to the extent the law of your country allows it.
11. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service and cancel your plan at any time, and ask us to erase your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop providing the service, giving notice where we can and refunding any prepaid time we cannot deliver. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as 6 to 10 and 13) do survive.
12. Changes
We may change these Terms or the Privacy Policy. When a change matters we change the version date at the top and every account must accept the new version before it can run scans or buy a plan. The version you accepted, with the time and how, is recorded. If you do not agree, you can cancel and close your account.
13. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by [LEGAL_GOVERNING_LAW: set it in the environment]. Please write to us first at axidort@gmail.com; most issues can be solved that way. If we cannot, the disputes are decided by [LEGAL_VENUE, the courts that decide disputes: set it in the environment], except that if you are a consumer you may also use the courts of the country where you live and the mandatory consumer law there still protects you. EU consumers can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform where available.
14. General
These Terms, with the documents linked in them, are the whole agreement between us about the service. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not give it up. You may not transfer your rights without our consent; we may transfer ours with the business. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including failures of internet, hosting, payment or AI providers. Notices to you go to your account email; notices to us go to axidort@gmail.com.
